I like science and finding out how Life and the Universe works.

This led to a science degree. During my university days I also explored creative writing, art, and modern dance. I've found that story and book creation shares similar dynamics involved with launching a performance arts production (Refine, revise, practice. Repeat!).
My career in science technology has allowed me to work on some most excellent and amazing projects to benefit mankind---I hope. I'm now at that point of my life where I can devote more time to writing.
Regarding books---I read everything. A person can never have too many! So much of our human wisdom and imagination captured in words! Science fiction, fantasy, and romance are my greatest treats.
World cultures fascinates me. So does the sky and sea. I once wanted to be an astronomer. Several cruises has left me with a fascination for big ships and the high seas. I'm easily mesmerized too, by aircraft, spaceflight, and the possibility of intelligent life 'out there'.
I live in the U.S.A. with family who quite surprisingly understands that I am prone to periodically disappearing into another dimension while I'm off the planet writing.
